A typical party rental is 4 - 6 hours, which includes set up and tear down. Please work with your Quality Provider on the best times for delivery and pick-up to ensure this works around your party times.

The sooner, the better! Our busiest seasons are Spring and Summer, but families have parties at all times of the year. It's common for Quality Providers to run out of party supplies during these times. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure you can secure all the party equipment you want for your event.

No. We require full payment at the time of booking. We are holding your items for you and are not making the items you’ve reserved available to other potential customers—like a vacation rental reservation.

Each Independent Quality Provider sets their delivery rates and the locations they deliver to. There may be extra fees for last-minute delivery or for holiday deliveries. Please check with the Quality Provider you would like to rent from to get the most accurate delivery costs.
